Challenge:

Goldcorp Inc. Musselwhite mine utilizes a version of the ERP / EAM system Ultramain®.  Musselwhite’s challenge is to 
increase the user base of leads, technicians, planners and administrative staff in the areas of work order, requisition, 
planning, scheduling, and assets review.  In order to do this, a major training and support effort would be required to 
get the core user base up to speed with the difficulties of the current system.  A user friendly tool was needed to 
accomplish this effort.  

Solution:

Musselwhite mine implemented eMESA as a web-based front-end to UltraMain® for over 100 end users to facilitate and 
streamline the following areas:
	
    - Work Order Management
    - Backlog Management
    - Work Order Completion
    - Work Order Planning & Scheduling
    - Asset Management
    - Requisition Management
